SARAWAK ENERGY BERHAD (SEB) SAMALAJU B 275/132/33kV SUBSTATION ESTABLISHMENT

Samalaju B 275/132/33kV substation was the largest GIS substation ever commissioned in South East Asia. As part of infrastructure element in Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE), the project by Sarawak Energy Berhad in East Malaysia would supply power to industrial projects and factories under development in the Samalaju SCORE area. In this project, we supplied a total of 137 panels for 275kV (30 bays) and 132kV (13 bays) system, consists of control panels, protection panels, synchronising panels, busbar protection panels, communication converter panels, metering panels, supervisory interface cubicles, outdoor marshalling kiosks etc.

BAKUN HYDRO 275kV SUBSTATION

Bakun hydroelectric project featuring a 205m high concrete faced rockfill dam located at central Sarawak is the third largest dam of its type in the worldand also the largest in the country. It is owned and operated by Sarawak Energy, generating electricity contributing to Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) which aims transform Sarawak into an advanced industrialized state by year 2030. For the connecting 275kV one-and-a-half-breaker scheme substation (or sometimes called three-switch scheme substation) we manufactured and supplied 90 panels for the 8 diameters, consists of control panels, protection relay panels, synchronising panel, busbar protection panels, communication converter panels, metering panels, outdoor marshalling kiosks etc.

PRASARANA KELANA JAYA LINE LRT

The project was set out to improve security of supply to Kelana Jaya Line Power Distribution System (KLJ Line). In this project, we supplied a total of 54 panels for 12 Traction Power Substation (TPSS), consists of supervisory interface panels (SIPs), and control & relay panels (CRPs).

PETRONAS PENGERANG COGENERATION PLANT (PCP) PROJECT

Pengerang Co-generation Plant is one of the six associated facilities developed within Petronas Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) to provide reliable and continuous supply within the plant. The plant was built by a consortium of Siemens AG, Siemens Malaysia and MMC Engineering Sdn Bhd. In this project, we manufactured and supplied a total of 78 panels to the 275kV system, consists of control panels, protection relay panels, busbar protection panels, outdoor marshalling kiosks and power plant interface panels.
